Because all our products are made for newborns, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons — we hope you understand!

That said, if something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with a short unboxing video and your order number, and we'll do our best to make it right with a replacement.
