Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.

Other areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Custom Gift Boxes

Orders containing 3 or more items will be packaged in a gift box.
Orders with fewer than 3 items will be packaged individually.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
